Love, Like Water - Rowan Speedwell 2.45 stars

While this was a very well written story (and had cowboys), and had a slow burning romance with some angsty parts, there were just some things that I ended up having a problem with that took away from the story. Eli calling Joshua "son", way too many times, made him seem like he was closer to Tucker's age than Joshua's and I just kept picturing an older man in my head, it was just weird. Unfortunately as much as I wanted to enjoy this story, I ended up really disliking Joshua. Especially when he just up and leaves Eli when he really needed him the most. I realize that he had gone through hell, but I really didn't want him to end up with Eli, he just came across to me as a self-absorbed person.
