St. Nacho's - Z.A. Maxfield I liked this book from the beginning, wanting to find out about Cooper and his past and how he ended up at St. Nacho's drew me in. I loved the interaction between the characters at the bar, and kinda wished more would have been focused on all of that, because I think that would have been entertaining. I liked Shawn, but found it hard to really connect with him at first because of their lack of real communication. Cooper and Shawn just seemed so different and didn't feel like they really fit together. But as the book progressed, I found myself liking them more and more. My feelings on Jordan were mixed throughout the book. I just saw him as being manipulative with Cooper and that just didn't sit well with me. I understand, but just didn't like it. As far as Stan, there was a character I really didn't like at all. All in all this was an enjoyable read and I am going to continue with the next book to see where the characters end up.
