While this was an enjoyable read, although the mystery/murder plot was kinda weak. I did feel that there were so many characters introduced and at a point it was getting a little confusing. It wasn't until after I finished and was looking at more books by this author that I realized that all of these characters have been introduced in other series/books by this author. I thought this was a new series. I wish I had known that before I started this one. While I don't think you need to read the other books first, it would have made it a little more sense to me.
